Shipping policy

All efforts are made to ship orders within 24 hours of order confirmation. Please allow up to 72 hours for fulfillment during holiday season. Any unusually longer than normal fulfillment times due to special order products, supply issues or increased sales volume will be posted in the specific product description or on our website announcements.

Please note that shipments are sent from Canada, and may be subject to additional customs, duties and tax charges. These additional fees are not included, regardless of whether the purchaser paid for shipping or received free shipping. Additional fees incurred once the package has been shipped are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.

Any items refused upon delivery will be subject to a 15% re-stocking & admin fee PLUS any and all shipping charges including those to ship the package, as well as any charges incurred to The forEVER Jewelry, forEVER Permanent Jewelry, and any other forEVER Group brands including Ever Jewelry Corporation, as a result of the purchaser refusing the package upon delivery.

By placing and paying for an order, the purchaser is acknowledging and accepting these terms.
